ParmalSella rice is long grain non-basmati rice, grown in the Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh region of India. The ParmalSella rice is non-sticky, highly nutritive and good flavour rice. In addition of this, the rice has good amount of carbohydrate, protein, iron, vitamin b in per 100g of consumption. It is very economical low-cost rice & comes with an average grain length of 6.5 mm. The elongation ratio of the grain is 1.5 times if cooked properly.
